Housebroker - CMS website with eCommerce

HouseBroker is a property listing website that is dedicated to selling houses without going through a real estate agent.

We built this site using the Drupal CMS to handle user logins, publishing and eCommerce. While the mechanics of it are relatively complex the aim is for a simple and visually pleasing user experience, to set HouseBroker above their competitors.

Tasmania 4 Adventure - Custom brochure site

This website, created for The Huon Trail Tourism in Tasmania, highlights four of the region's most impressive locations. A complete page for each location with photographs and copy, plus pages for video, brochure downloads and competitions.

The site is graphically rich and aims to draw holiday makers to the region and showcase the very impressive local attractions.

This is a basic 3-page brochure site with a Flash slideshow of photos on the front page that allows visitors to see some examples of their excellent floral work.

Grandvewe Cheeses - eCommerce + CMS (Drupal)

Grandvewe Cheeses in Birchs Bay, Tasmania produces a range of sheep cheeses from their own herd of ewes.

This CMS website replaces their previous site, and as well as a major graphic redesign it now allows the site owners to edit pages and add news articles and products.

It also has a shopping cart and eCommerce store to show and sell the cheeses and other products available.

Superhealthy - eCommerce + CMS (Drupal)

A local health educator required a website to provide health advice and sell health products online. Regular updates and articles keep readers coming back so the system has to make it easy for the site owner to add and update articles, as well as manage the eCommerce store.

As the solution we used the popular open-source CMS 'Drupal' with an add-on eCommerce module. This gave us maximum flexibility and means that future additions can be integrated easily.

Prof Bunsen Science - Site Redesign

Prof Bunsen provides Science Shows and Kid's Parties and wanted to make his website more colourful and attractive.

He also gave us the brief that he wanted to better integrate the site's online shop, matching the template of the rest of the site and providing plenty of links to new and featured products.

We worked with the existing content and ecommerce shopping cart, giving the whole lot a facelift and optimisation.

Voice Opus - Site Redesign with Flash

This is a far more effective solution than other forms of advertising as the reader can hear accurate samples of the Voice Opus service.

This website captures the youth feel of the program, while running a database to allow churches to sign up, monitor their details and download teaching resources.

This site fits with the company's existing branding and incorporates their logo and colour scheme squarely at the centre of the design.

We created this site using a template system and installed Adobe Contribute at the clients premises to allow Jonathan Hepner staff to easily make updates and additions to the site.

The website mixes a grunge feel with a professional interface that makes the site accessible to their audience which covers range of ages.

We used a mixture of html, Flash and Javascript to achieve this, and the band now utilises Contribute to make regular updates to the site.

Cursions - Custom Website

Providing a directory of excursions, incursions, transport and accommodation for Australian teachers, the website for this startup company had to speak of its professional outlook and dedication to quality.

Working closely with the Cursions director we developed this database-driven site that enables teachers to search through a substantial database of resource providers. The site is also part of a marketing campaign aimed at the providers themselves.

Technology used in the Cursions website includes php, mysql and javascript. It has two levels of administration: each provider can log in and edit their own service details, while a main site admin has ultimate control.

We also worked with Cursions to develop an advertising CD, eNewsletter and statistics tracking.

Next1000.org - Customised CMS Installation

This site is designed to integrate a blog with other information in a site that changes regularly - the perfect candidate for a custom CMS installation.

Extensions in this case include a contact list, a technorati tracker system for the blog pages and an ebook download.

The design had to be clean and simple, integrating their existing logo with a blue and white colour scheme.

This simple website is designed to showcase the house and provide contact details for prospective customers who wish to book.

The existing logo needed to be digitised and then the colours and feel of the house worked into the design through a consultative process with the client.

NMD Data - Custom eCommerce Website

One of the largest dynamic sites we've worked on, this client had an idea to start a property listing website aimed squarely at investors.

This site needed it all - a well-designed database, clear user interface, a flash map locator, lots of php and mysql, secure login for agents, an ecommerce gateway for online payment and a backend administration section.

The end product is a website that's clear and easy to use. Estate agents can login, create their own property listings and pay for them online via credit card. Investors can search by location or price and find exactly what they want.

And it was all delivered to a strict budget.

This site's a little different because it's an in-house project. That means we got to have a little bit of fun with it - taking foodie photos and writing our own reviews for the site as well as making it work.

Built with html and PHP reading a large mysql database, if you consider all the restaurants available here this site ends up being well over 10,000 pages and provides a focus for a vibrant community of hundreds of amateur reviewers.

illuminate.tv - Custom Flash Website

Illuminate.tv provides visual resources to churches, primarily for use on datashows during church services. The primary focus is on short video clips, animations and still background images.

For web implementation illuminate.tv needs users to be able to preview every clip online, allow ordering through a html shopping cart and then hook into the company's existing online payment system already being utilised on other sites.

They also gave the brief that this site had to be moving, dynamic, colourful and eye-catching.

I've used Macromedia Flash for the entire interface of this site, taking advantage of Flash's inbuilt video encoder for all the video previews.
